STEP 1
PENCIL BOOKING
Upon receiving your inquiry via phone, email or walk-in, you will be asked to confirm for Pencil Booking. Once booked, your reservation will expire after 48hrs without prior notice.
STEP 2
DOWNPAYMENT
30%-50% Downpayment (to secure your date, must be made before pencil booking expires)
Two Mode of payments
1. Site visit: Payment can be made through Cash or Credit Card by going to the Resort and Events place.
2. Bank Deposit: Payment can also be made through bank deposit in any of the RCBC branches.
STEP 3
CONFIRMING
Once downpayment has been made please Confirm and send the details via phone or email and you will receive a confirmation voucher via email which will be presented upon check-in.
Note:
*For Cancellations and no shows, downpayment and vouchers will automatically be forfeited without prior notice.
*For Rebooking, a fee of Php 500.00 must be made to finalize the Reservations.
